Edward Qin is a Certified Public Accountant. He graduated in 2003 with a degree in Managerial Economics from the University of California, Davis. Then he prepared himself for the field of accounting and in December 2005, he successfully passed the examination and became a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
Since then he has worked as an auditor and controller for publicly traded companies, consultant for small businesses, and several other key finance roles. He has been in the accounting and tax industry since 2003. His area of focus is individual taxation and estates and trusts. Meanwhile, he has also obtained his Real Estate Broker’s License and is active in helping clients with their property investments.
In the past Edward has spoken frequently before community groups on various tax and accounting issues. He is member of the American Institute of Public Accountants as well as California Society of CPA’s.
He is a recreational skier, a passionate violinist, a golf enthusiast, and is an avid real estate investor.
Cecily Liu, CPA
Cecily Liu is a Certified Public Accountant. She graduated in 2001 with a degree in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley HAAS School of Business. Then she prepared herself for the field of accounting and in August 2005, she successfully passed the examination and became a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
Cecily has worked as an external auditor for a Big-4 Accounting Firm auditing firm and has been in the tax and accounting industry since 2001. Her area of focus is individual taxation, taxation for foreign individuals, and taxation for business entities. Meanwhile, she has also obtained her Real Estate Broker’s License and is active in helping clients with their property investments.
